We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as your funds must clear before we ship any merchandise.

Minimum Order

There is no minimum order amount.

Shipping Information

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service, UPS ground or Fed Ex Home Delivery. If you prefer a different shipping service or a speedier delivery, please make note of that in the comments section of the order form. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Starry Night Creations and ScrapnTime.com is based in Prior Lake, MN. Therefore, all shipments will be generated from Prior Lake and shipped either in Prior Lake or at a metro-area post office or drop-off location.

Shipping Charges (US orders only)

- Merchandise orders up to $75.00, add $6.50 for shipping
- Merchandise orders of $75.01 and up receive free shipping.
- Note: No shipping charges apply to retreat and Class & Crop registration fees. Therefore, retreat and Class & Crop registration fees are not included in the sales total when figuring the cost of shipping.

Shipping Charges (International orders)

- Actual shipping charges will apply. The customer will be emailed with the shipping total for approval prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for all customs taxes and tarrifs that may be incurred or added at time of delivery. 

Sales Tax

Minnesota residents, please add 6.5% sales tax to your orders.

Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard. All credit card charges will show up as Starry Night Creations on your credit card statement.

Sales and Special Offers

All sale prices and special offers are limited to stock on hand. Rainchecks will not be given when items are out of stock. Sale prices will be valid on orders received by midnight on the last day of the sale or promotion period.

Conditions of Sale

- Prices and conditions are subject to change without notice.
- All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
- No CODs, please.
- There is a $30 charge for all returned checks.
- All shipment shortages or damages in shipment must be emailed to molly@scrapntime.com within 5 days of receipt. Returns are accepted only on unopened, non-consumable items and they must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
